It is officially busy season and I am so lucky to have yet another absolutely perfect wedding to show you guys! On August 10th Melinda and Brian started their day getting ready at Early Mountain Vineyards. The day was sunny in the high 80s with a few clouds in the sky to give off the most perfect light throughout the day! I traveled that morning to Madison, VA. That location alone is so pretty, lots of valleys and fields stretching far out with mountains in the distance.
Melinda was completely behind all the details from the day. You can definitely tell she used her given design skills because everything was gorgeous and came together so well! The second I walked in to see Melinda getting her makeup done she was the happiest, and feeling all the butterflies. I have to give a big shout to her bridesmaids who were extremely helpful! My favorite part of their wedding day was their first look, it was like a movie! I definitely started choking up because as soon as Brian heard Melinda’s voice he started to cry the happiest tears! I loved that they did a first look because the entire bridal party threw their own mini celebration in the guys suite before the ceremony began. Also, they all sang the song “Africa” by Toto and it was basically the best thing I’ve experienced at a wedding haha! It really set the mood for how the rest of the day and night would go and boy did we all have an amazing time. They had the band, Mr. Potato Head, playing all the best classics and new tunes all night long! I obviously did what I always do and became a dancing wedding photographer. I would love to go back in time to experience that reception all over again!! Here are some sneak peeks from this beautiful couple’s best day ever!

I can’t tell you enough how much fun I had with you and your family and friends! Loved following you guys around all day and getting to know you two a little bit more than before during your engagement session! You two have impeccable taste in music and Melinda you absolutely rocked the design and look for your day! It was every photographers dream look! I hope you guys had the best time in Europe!
